Old vineyard of Cebreros (Ávila). Slate floor with a 32% slope at an altitude of 980m.
Tasting: This wine has a medium layer of a vivid cherry color. On the nose, its floral aromas stand out, as well as fennel and orange peel. On the palate it is silky, with a long and structured texture. In the aftertaste its powerful minerality is accentuated. Altogether, it is an elegant Grenache, with great typicality from the slate slopes of Cebreros.
Pairing: Poultry, rice and pasta.

Elaboration: Gravity incubation with 30% stalk in a French oak vat. Cold maceration for 3 days. Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature. Maceration time of 37 days in total. Malolactic fermentation in the same vat.
