Type of wine: white fermented and aged in wooden foudres and clay amphoras.
Vineyard: vineyards in the areas of Cebreros (Garnacha and Albillo Real) and La Moraña (Verdejo).
Vinification: part of the wine fermentation and aging in wooden foudres with its lees and the other half fermentation in stainless steel tanks. and aging with its lees in 750-liter clay amphoras for 12 months in both cases.
Tasting note: bright straw yellow color, clean, with greenish reflections.
Elegant, complex aroma, notes of fennel, scrubland, along with hints of nuts, apricot, grapefruit and hints of wax and honey. Good structure in the mouth, dense, unctuous and creamy balanced with a very good acidity, elegant, very pleasant and persistent.
It is a wine that must be given time in the glass, with volume and depth, with a lot of personality.
